For Buyers
Choose publications for fit, not a single metric
Traffic and authority metrics are useful filters, but they should not replace editorial judgment. Review the publication itself, recent articles, audience geography, topical focus, disclosure practices and whether your proposed contribution would genuinely make sense to its readers.
Before sending a request
State the intended page, topic, destination URL, desired disclosure and any timing requirement. Do not ask a publisher to hide sponsorship, disguise a commercial relationship or guarantee search rankings.
After publication
Use the placement checker to confirm that the agreed destination link is present and the page remains accessible. If something is wrong, message the publisher first. A dispute process is available when the parties cannot resolve the issue directly.
