Terms of Use
Marketplace role
LinkMarket provides tools that help independent buyers and publishers discover one another, communicate, document agreements, process supported payments and monitor submitted placements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the marketplace is not the publisher of user-submitted articles and is not a party to the editorial judgment of a participating publication.
Accounts and listings
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and only list websites you are authorised to represent. Verification badges may be withdrawn if ownership or access changes.
Transactions
The deal record, accepted price and message history form the operational record of a marketplace transaction. Platform fees, processor fees, taxes, refunds, disputes and payout timing may apply. Delayed payouts are not represented as regulated escrow.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for fraud, malware, hacked links, hidden links, impersonation, unlawful content, deceptive traffic claims, mass spam or attempts to evade search-engine or advertising-platform policies.
Availability and changes
Integrations depend on third-party services and may change or become unavailable. The operator may update these terms, marketplace rules and fees with appropriate notice. This template is not legal advice and should be reviewed for the operator’s actual business before launch.
