Singapore delivery

Available local delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival times unless a service is explicitly sold as guaranteed.

International delivery

Where international shipping is available, import duties, taxes, customs processing or destination-country restrictions may apply. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price.

Natural variation

For products marked Exact piece photographed, the photographed stone is the piece supplied. Products sold from a batch may naturally vary in colour, pattern, inclusions, surface texture and shape; the product page should make this clear.

Returns and damaged orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or with another material problem, contact us promptly through the Contact page and retain the item and its packaging while the issue is reviewed. Any return or remedy is handled according to the product description, the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer law.
