Mineral names, locality information and specimen provenance can be corrected as better information becomes available. If you identify a possible error, contact us with the page URL, the statement in question and your supporting source.

Material factual corrections should be made promptly. Where a correction substantially changes the meaning of a page or a specimen’s provenance, an editor’s note may be added.
